Sensor conditioner ic review

The most widely used signal conditioner incorporates a CMOS timer to pulse the sensor and to produce a near-linear voltage output (see Figure 1). CMOS timer to pulse the sensor and to produce a near-linear voltage output (see Figure 1). The ADC resolution should be reviewed to minimize quantization errors.

The RCM Sensor Prelude IC phono preamplifier is a perfect example of this new breed that has a long list of strengths and very few weaknesses. Platinum RTD input and converts this into a 4-20 mA process current output which is linearly proportional to temperature. A process current output which is linearly proportional to temperature. This sensor module has an MG-811 onboard as the sensor component. There is an onboard signal conditioning circuit for amplifying output signal and an onboard heating circuit for heating the sensor. Here we present an integrated oil condition sensor for detecting both wear debris and lubricant properties. I2C interface makes it easy to use this sensor with Arduino and other microcontrollers.
