Electromagnetic parking sensor forum

I found electromagnetic parking sensors rather than using traditional electroscopic parking sensors. I saw that there is a new type of proximity sensor for parking assistance.

I am curious to know if somebody can explain how this kind of circuit runs. Could anyone suggest what sort of sensors I would need and frequencies etc?

Has anyone got any experience of the electromagnetic type of sensors (rather than ultrasonic). I wanted to install some parking sensors on my Mazda 3 and decided to get some aftermarket ones fitted. So I purchased an electromagnetic reversing sensor from xyz-auto. I drilled a small hole from inside and picked up the wiring in the light cluster itself. Parking sensors are proximity sensors for road vehicles which can alert the driver to unseen obstacles during parking manoeuvres. Ford Focus and would welcome advice or recommendations from anyone who has already done this. Anyone tried the electromagnetic no holes reversing sensors ?
