Amd vishera vs intel haswell

What are the major differences between the AMD Vishera and Intel Haswell CPUs? CPUs? Is it worth to buy the Vishera FX-8350 CPU over the Haswell i7-4770? I decided to go with AMD for the multithreading performance and figured it would be ok in WoW.
